“Talmud Torah k’neged kulam”

The study of Torah is the greatest mitzvah of all.

Jewish education is a great honor and privilege. Through teaching, parents and teachers are involved in a sacred process: sharing a love for Judaism with the children and young people in our congregation and our families. The task of Jewish education is great, but the rewards are even greater. To instruct and guide other Jews in the ways and thoughts of Judaism is to work towards the survival and flourishing of Judaism in the next generation. From the youngest children in a Parent-and-Me class to the students in Kindergarten through Twelfth Grade in the Religious School to all adult members of the congregation, teaching and learning are integral to the life of our congregation.
